Job Summary
We are a fast-paced precision company looking for a CNC Machinist with Mastercam
experience. Are you someone who can do it all: read a blueprint, program the machine, set
up the CNC Mills/Lathes, and run the parts? We want to talk to you!

A successful CNC machinist will likely be creative, perceptive, detail-oriented, and an
active learner. Top candidates will have exceptional critical thinking, time management,
and communication skills, an ability to handle complex machines and tools, and a
willingness to lead by example in the workplace.

Duties:

  • Experience as a CNC Programmer in a high-precision environment
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling,
    grinding, milling, etc.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and prints
  • Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring instruments like calipers and
    bore gauges
  • Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes
  • Operating and monitoring the machines
  • Troubleshooting issues with the machine programming
  • Values precision and enforces quality standards

Skills:

  • Machining certificate preferred, or similar experience or complementary
  • qualifications
  • Experience with machinery and mechanical assemblies
  • Evidence of significant mechanical aptitude
  • 3-5 Axis capable
  • Mastercam experience
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Intellectually curious and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  • Understanding of mathematics
  • Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable
    accommodation
  • Good English skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly


Compensation: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Weekends, Friday – Sunday 3x12s
